Tom talks about the positive impacts of his blended learning approach and the fantastic results his apprentices saw in their exams and practical work. Having started in February 2020 his apprentices had only one month on their course before the first lockdown began. Since then Tom has found that well-designed online activities have helped his learners to develop their understanding of both theory and practical work.
