Aimed at senior leaders in curriculum, quality and digital support services this event will look at we make best use and sustain ways of working that impact positively on outcomes for our students, reduce teacher workload and enable wider access to learning in FE colleges, particularly for adult learners balancing work and learning.
We will consider the benefits of collaborative working and the potential for us to work with other organisations, including software providers, to shape and inform the development of digital and blended learning in FE
To make the time as valuable as possible you will have the opportunity, working in groups with colleagues in other colleges, to consider key themes relevant to your own role and areas of interest including:
- Digital Inclusion – developing a whole college approach to enabling all students to access quality blended learning
- Digital Infrastructure – developing digital capability to support high quality education and reduce teacher, manager and senior leader workload
- Quality Learning – establishing coherent approaches to quality assurance of blended learning to ensure consistency of quality in context of a diverse curriculum that supports students to progress
- Curriculum Models and Curriculum Design – maximising on the opportunity to improve quality and accessibility of education through considered approaches to blended learning in context of wider curriculum design
